Hi, I’m Phara McLachlan.

For the last 20 years I have been a serial entrepreneur who is passionate about starting and scaling new companies. I am currently the CEO & Founder of Nahteava and KickAssWomenRetreats, and previously founded and ran Animus Solutions. Drawing from my experiences and expertise, I have founded several organizations that collaborate with clients in a holistic, no-fail approach to achieving growth, innovation, transformation, compliance and personal leadership.
